Resort Policies

Guidelines for a retreat built on trust, consent, and comfort — for every member, every guest, every visit.

Welcome to LSClub1674. These policies exist to protect the privacy, comfort, safety, and dignity of every guest on our farm estate retreat. By entering the property, all members and guests agree to abide by them. Violations may result in removal without refund and loss of membership.

II.

Privacy & discretion

  • What happens at LSClub1674 stays at LSClub1674. Do not discuss, describe, or identify other guests outside the resort.
  • No photography or video of other guests without their explicit, individual permission — even in clothing-optional areas. Assume cameras and phones are off unless a guest has clearly opted in.
  • Do not share, post, or tag anyone on social media without their direct consent, even if their face isn't shown.
  • Staff will never disclose guest identities, bookings, or attendance to outside parties.
III.

Dress code

  • Clothing is optional throughout the entire premises of the retreat — there are no clothing-required zones.
  • "Clothing optional" means optional. No one is ever obligated to disrobe, and no one should comment on or pressure another guest's choice either way.
  • A towel is recommended, though not required, when sitting on shared furniture, loungers, or benches.
  • Footwear is recommended on trails and around the fire pit for safety.
IV.

Guests & visitors

  • All attendees — members and their guests — must be pre-registered and check in at reception.
  • Members are responsible for their guests' understanding of and compliance with all resort policies.
  • Day visitors and overnight guests follow the same code of conduct as members; there is no reduced standard for first-time visitors.
  • Minors are not permitted on property at any time, including during private bookings.
V.

Health & hygiene

  • Shower before entering pools, hot tubs, or shared water features.
  • Bring and use a personal towel to sit on any shared surface — loungers, saunas, benches.
  • Guests displaying symptoms of illness will be asked to isolate or may be asked to leave for the safety of others.
  • Practicing safer sex is each guest's personal responsibility; the resort does not supply, endorse, or regulate personal choices in this area, but expects discretion and hygiene to be maintained in all shared spaces.
VI.

Alcohol & substances

  • Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age and must be consumed responsibly.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.
  • Intoxication that impairs a guest's ability to consent or communicate clearly may result in removal from social areas for their own safety and that of others.
VII.

Accommodations & common areas

  • Quiet hours are observed from designated evening hours until morning; keep noise considerate of neighboring tents and cabins.
  • Guests are responsible for the condition of their assigned accommodation and any damages incurred.
  • Shared fire pits, kitchens, and lounges are communal — clean up after use and be mindful of others waiting.
  • Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly accommodations; check with reception.
VIII.

Safety

  • Familiarize yourself with posted emergency exits, first-aid locations, and staff contact numbers at check-in.
  • Report any safety hazard, injury, or uncomfortable situation to staff immediately.
  • Open flames are restricted to designated fire pit areas only.

Zero tolerance

  • Any non-consensual touching or harassment
  • Unauthorized photography or recording
  • Violation of another guest's privacy or discretion
  • Discriminatory, hateful, or abusive language or behavior
  • Illegal substance use
